According to the notion of Law no. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on consumer protection The buyer has the right to return the product/merchandise purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The funds are returned to the card from which the purchase was made.

Articles of perfumery and cosmetics, articles for the protection of public health and hygiene made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, remedies for oral cavity hygiene, articles for the care of children cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex no. 2 of the Government Decision №1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), in the wording of Government Decision №1188 of 02.11.2007 (МО175/09.11.2007).
